Labourer in the employ of the Town Council (Plumber’s Mate)
living at 75 Wyndham Road
served at home 13-9-11 to 28-10-14
then Foreign India 29-10-14 to 12-5-16
then ?? 13-5-16 to 22-5-16 and 23-5-16 to 12-7-16
 
confined to barracks July 1915 for 2 days for being late by five minutes on sick parade, and December 1915 for 6 days for failing to obey an order respectfully
 
died 1st British General Hospital, Amara, cause of death unstated 12 July 1916
